  Phytoceutic Organic Relaxation Sleep 120 Tablets is a food supplement in form of tablets based on Valerian, Hawthorn, Lemon balm, Passionflower, Lavender essential oil.

  Valerian helps to falling asleep and to maintain a sleep quality, Passionflower gives beneficial effect on rest and relaxation.

  Certified Organic Farming. Control FR-BIO-10. EU/non-EU agriculture.

  Silicon dioxide free.

  Made in France.

  Directions for use

  2 tablets per day with a glass of water.

  Relaxation: 1 at noon and 1 in the evening at mealtimes.
  Sleep: 2 per day, preferably 1/2 hour to 2 hours before bedtime.

  Cannot replace a varied and balanced diet.
  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women or in children under 12 years old.
  Do not use for a prolonged period (maximum 14 days).

  To be consumed as part of a healthy lifestyle.
  Store in a dry place away from light, heat and humidity.
