  Forté Pharma Melatonin 1900 Flash 30 Tablets is a food supplement in form of orodispersible tablets based on Melatonin, naturally presents in the organism, is also referred to as "sleep hormone". It participates in the regulation of chronobiological rhythms and promotes sleep.

  Its orodispersible form melts under the tongue without water and allows a fast assimilation by the organism.

  Without addiction.

  Vanilla flavour.

  Directions for use

  • In case of difficulties to falling asleep: take 1 tablet per day to let melt under the tongue, without water, at bedtime.
  • In case of jet-lag: 1 tablet per day to let melt under your tongue, without water, at bedtime, from the first day of your travel and during the days that are following, until the effects of jet lag were no longer felt.

  A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

  Keep out of the reach of young children.

  Excess use may result in laxative effects.

  Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children without medical advice.

  Do not drive or use machinery within 4 to 5 hours of taking melatonin.
