  • It contains organic hemp seed oil rich in essential fatty acids (omega 3, 6, 9).
  • Magnesium and vitamin B6 help reduce fatigue.
  • Vitamin B6 contributes to normal cysteine synthesis.
  • Biotin and zinc contribute to maintaining beautiful nails.

  Directions for use

  2 tablets per day with a meal for 3 months. 1 tablet per day from 11 years old.
  To be renewed if necessary during the year.
  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

  Not recommended for children under 10 years old.

  A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
