  Directions for use

  1 tablet a day, preferably in the morning, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  Contains sweeteners: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

  For adults only.
  Pregnant or breast-feeding women should consult a health professional before taking any supplements.
  The formula may contain pollen: not recommended for people allergic to pollen, or those predisposed to allergies or asthma.
