  • vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12 and C that help reduce fatigue,
  • vitamins B1, B3, B6, B9, B12 and C which contribute to normal psychological functions, zinc which contributes to normal cognitive function (concentration, learning, memory),
  • vitamin B5 which contributes to normal intellectual performance.

  1 stick per day to take without water, from 3 years.

  Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
