  Melatonin contributes to reduce the time of falling asleep and to attenuate the effects of the jetlag.

  Directions for use

  1 chewable or suckable tablet per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Punctual use in 1 month program.
  In case of jet lag: 1 tablet to be chewed or sucked just before bedtime on the first day of travel and 1 tablet before bedtime the few days following the day of arrival at destination.
  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  Do not use for prolonged periods.
  Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

  Should not be taken before an activity requiring sustained vigilance and may pose a safety problem in case of drowsiness.

  Product for adults only.
  Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases.
