  • By cold, it relieves: swelling and inflammation, sports injuries, joint sprains and bruises, muscle spasms.
    • Cold therapy is one of the most common doctors' recommendations for preventing injuries and promoting recovery. Applying cold immediately after an injury or physical trauma restricts blood flow and slows bleeding/swelling, reduces pain and muscle spasms.

  Directions for use

  Remove the thermal pad from its plastic packaging before heating or cooling it. It is possible to heat the thermal cushion in the microwave or by immersing it in hot water.
