  Eafit Muscle Construction BCAA 4:1:1 80 Tablets is a dietary supplement formulated with valine, leucine and isoleucine, so-called "branched chain" amino acids that are naturally present in muscle tissue. They are essential to our body because it cannot synthesize them and must be provided by food or supplements.

  The 4:1:1 ratio is the real ratio of muscle BCAA metabolism in the human body.

  Complies with the anti-doping standard AFNOR NF V94-001.

  No sugar, no aspartame.

  Directions for use

  Take 4 tablets a day, preferably 2 tablets 1h30 before training or testing and 2 tablets 1h30 after training with a large glass of water.

  To be taken during intensive training or competition periods over 20 days, to be renewed at least 20 days apart.

  Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

  In general, it is recommended to invite pregnant and lactating women to take the attachment of a health professional before any supplement.

  It is advisable to consume this food supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

  Close well after opening. Store away from heat and humidity.
