  Vitaflor Gentian Roots 100g is a bulk infusion of gentian roots (Genciana lutea L.).

  Also called "yellow gentian", most of the plants of the gentianaceae family are native to the Alps and the mountainous regions of the Iberian Peninsula and the Balkans. A victim of its own success, the wild species is threatened with extinction; it is protected in some countries.

  Directions for use

  • In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse 3 to 5 minutes, according to your tastes, to fully release the flavors and benefits of the plant.
  • In decoction: immerse the plant in water and bring everything to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let infuse 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering.
  • In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours then filter.
  • Storage advice: Close the case well after each use.

  To be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  Keep out of the reach of children.
