  Directions for use

  2 capsules per day in a single intake in the morning at mealtime with a large glass of water.

  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

  A dietary supplement should not be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

  Contains caffeine, not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women (contains around 33 mg of caffeine per day).

  Keep out of the reach of young children.
