  Description

  L'Herbôthicaire L'Herbô 14 Soft Winter Comfort Organic Herbal Tea Complex 60g is an herbal tea complex with a deliciously enveloping, warming taste.

  Certified Organic Farming. Control FR-BIO-01.

  Directions for use

  Take one teaspoon per 250 ml cup. Adjust the infusion time to suit your taste.

  • Infusion: This preparation is recommended mainly for leaves, flowers or flowering tops. To make a successful infusion, pour 150 to 250 ml of boiling drinking water into a glass or porcelain container, cover (especially for aromatic plants containing volatile principles) and stir occasionally. Leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, then carefully strain.
  • Decoction: Most commonly used when stems, roots or bark are present. Place your plants directly in cold drinking water. Bring to the boil. Boil for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat. Leave to infuse for a further ten minutes or so before filtering.
  • Maceration: Some plants cannot stand high temperatures. For these, it's best to macerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours in drinking water at room temperature, then filter.

  Do not exceed recommended doses.

  Contains caffeine.

  To be consumed as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

  Keep out of reach of children.
  Store in packaging away from light, heat and moisture.

  Peppermint (Mentha x piperita L., leaf) 20%, Green tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, leaf) 20%, Lemon thyme (Thymus vulgaris L. citriodorus, leaf) 20%.
