  • maintaining good comfort before and during menstruation (Alchemille),
  • regulation of the menstrual cycle (Alchemilla),
  • soothe occasional pain (Alchemilla).

  It combines several active ingredients to offer the best: plants, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.

  Directions for use

  1 to 4 capsules per day.
  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

  Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women.
  Not suitable for people allergic to any of the ingredients.
  Persons under medical supervision should seek advice from a pharmacist or doctor.
