  Description

  Densmore Folic'Expert 5-MTHF Preconception & Pregnancy 30 Tablets is a dietary supplement based on vitamins B9 (folate), B6 and B12, intended for pregnant women or women wishing to be pregnant.

  • Vitamin B9 increases the maternal folate content. Sufficient intake before and during pregnancy helps the fetus to develop properly, especially for the development of the neural tube.

  In the 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid) form, folate is biologically active. The formula is highly dosed in 5-MTHF (600 µg) and provides the cofactors (vitamins B6 and B12) of 5-MTHF.

  Directions for use

  1 tablet per day to be swallowed during a meal, at least before conception and the first three months of pregnancy.
  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

  Ask a doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this food supplement.

  Dietary supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

  Keep out of reach of young children.
