  Ymea Menopause Hot Flashes and Silhouette 64 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on a unique blend of plant active ingredients, vitamins and minerals. It specifically meets the needs of postmenopausal women thanks to its double action:

  • control of hot flashes :
    • sage helps relieve hot flushes and night sweats;
    • vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity;
    • vitamin D3 helps maintain normal bone and muscle function;
    • copper and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

  • control of the silhouette :
    • green tea contributes to weight control and fat oxidation;
    • zinc contributes to the synthesis and degradation of carbohydrates, fatty acids and proteins ;
    • chromium helps to maintain normal blood sugar levels and aids in the normal metabolism of macronutrients.

  Directions for use

  Take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water during a meal. It is not recommended to take outside of mealtimes.
