  • Peppermint soothes the throat and vocal cords;
  • eucalyptus facilitates breathing through the nose and helps to improve respiratory comfort;
  • erysimum helps to limit temporary hoarseness;
  • vitamin C helps reduce fatigue;
  • vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system;
  • melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep;
  • poppy is known to promote good sleep.

  Directions for use

  Take 1 tablet twice a day and 1 tablet at night before bedtime.
  Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

  Not recommended in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergy to any component and in children under 6 years old.
