  Directions for use

  1. Rinse the interdental pick with water before use.
  2. Gently pass the brush between the teeth, without pressing on the gums so as not to damage them.
  3. If necessary, gently insert the toothpick between the teeth and gums and move it up and down several times.
  4. Then rinse your mouth with water.
  5. Discard the interdental pick after use.
