  Laboratoires IPRAD ChronoDorm Melatonin 1mg 30 Sublingual Tablets is a food supplement based of Melatonin which contributes to the reduction of time to fall asleep for the persons who have some difficulties to sleep.

  Each tablet of ChronoDorm contains 1mg of Melatonin which is the main active of this food supplement. Melatonin is a natural hormone found in the body. It regulates our internal clock with the standby/sleep cycle.

  The Melatonin contained in ChronoDorm, contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep or to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag for the travellers.

  ChronoDorm is delivered in a box of 30 sublingual tablets.

  Directions for use

  Let 1 tablet dissolve under the tongue half an hour before bedtime.
  It is advisable to take the tablet always at the same time.
  To be taken over a period of 15 days or occasionally. To renew if necessary.

  For travelers who would like to mitigate the effects of jet lag: Let 1 tablet melt under the tongue half an hour before going to bed the day before departure.
  Take 1 tablet to melt under the tongue half an hour at bedtime the next day and a few days following the day of arrival at destination.

  Do not swallow a tablet with water. Let melt under the tongue. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excess use may result in laxative effects. Do not drive a vehicle or machine for four to five hours after taking melatonin.

  Reserved for adults.
  Do not consume in case of known allergy to one of the constituents.
  Do not combine with taking antidepressants, sleeping pills and other sedatives without medical advice.
  Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people on anti-hypertensive treatment or suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases.
