The cord is also 100% organic cotton and the applicator 100% cardboard.

  Directions for use

  For your health and hygiene, please read and keep the instructions for use inside this case.

  To prevent TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome):

  Wash your hands before and after using the tampon.

  When hesitating between two sizes, always choose the less absorbent tampon.
  Wear a tampon for a maximum of 4 hours.
  Wear only one tampon at a time.
  Use tampons occasionally as a complement to external protection.

  Do not wear a tampon at night.

  Indication: Normal tampons (2 drops) with applicator.
