Description
3M Nexcare ColdHot Therapy Pack Classic is a thermal gel pad to naturally relieve hot or cold. Its gel is safe and non-toxic and 99% biodegradable.
The cold helps to reduce the edema, inflammation and pain.
Heat helps to reduce pain and reduce muscle spasm, it relaxes.
Dimensions: 11 cm x 26 cm.
Comes with a protective cover.
Directions for use
Read the instructions carefully before use.
Cold preparation: Place the gel pad in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 2 hours before use. The gel pad will always be ready to use if it is kept permanently in the refrigerator or freezer. Always insert the gel pad into the supplied cover or into a clean towel when applying to the skin. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes. Wait 20 minutes before applying the cold pad again.
Hot preparation:
- Hot water: Boil water and remove from heat. Immerse the gel pad in boiled water (take temperature into account) for 60 seconds. Carefully remove the gel pad from the hot water. Knead it to distribute the heat evenly.
- Microwave: Place the gel pad flat in the microwave oven, set to 640W and heat for 2 x 30 seconds. Carefully remove the gel pad from the microwave oven. Knead to distribute heat evenly.
- Always insert the gel pad into the supplied cover or into a clean towel when applying to the skin. Use as long as it does not cause discomfort. Warm up the pad once it is at room temperature.
External use.
Do not use on sensitive or damaged skin.
People with known or suspected nervous or circulatory disorders should not use this product unless prescribed by a doctor.
Monitor the use of the product in children and people with cognitive disabilities.
Pregnant women should seek the advice of a midwife or gynecologist before use.
The cushion can be washed by hand, with a mild detergent.
Do not use alcohol or other solvents to clean the pad.
Store in a dark place.
