  Laboratoires IPRAD ChronoDorm Melatonin 1mg 2 x 30 Sublingual Tablets is a dietary supplement based on melatonin, which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, or to reduce the effects of jet lag during travel.

  Each tablet contains 1 mg of melatonin.

  Without dependence or addiction.

  Directions for use

  Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue half an hour before bedtime.
  It is advisable to take the tablet always at the same time.
  To be taken over a period of 15 days or occasionally. To renew if necessary.

  For travelers who would like to reduce the effects of jet lag: Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue half an hour before bedtime the day before departure.
  Take 1 tablet to melt under the tongue half an hour at bedtime the next day and a few days after the day of arrival at destination.

  Do not swallow a tablet with water. Allow to melt under the tongue.
  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
