  Description

  Overstims Hydrixir Long Distance 600g is an isotonic and antioxidant energy drink preparation for long efforts. Its specific formula composed of 4 types of carbohydrates (maltodextrins, glucose syrup, dextrose and fructose), electrolytes and BCAAs (branched amino acids) provides optimal hydration and helps maintain your efficiency throughout the effort.

  Carbohydrate and electrolyte solutions help maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise and increase water absorption during exercise. Moreover :

  • vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress,
  • vitamins C and B6 help reduce fatigue,
  • vitamin C contributes to a normal energy metabolism.

  The box allows the preparation of 11 cans of 600ml.

  Complies with the anti-doping standard AFNOR NF V94-001.

  Gluten free, colorant and preservative free.

  Directions for use

  Recommended dosage: 90 g / L, i.e. 72 g of powder for 800 ml of water and 54 g of powder for 600 ml of water.

  Pour in a dose of powder and top up with water to the recommended volume.

  Drink from the start of the effort, without waiting to be thirsty, one to two full mouths every 5 to 10 minutes.
  As the product does not contain preservatives, the prepared drink should be drunk the same day it is prepared.
