  Description

  OptiFibre 250g is a powdered mixable preparation for the nutritional needs of patients with constipation.

  This 2 in 1 nutritional solution is naturally effective:

  • it offers a laxative action, because it softens the stools and increases their frequency;
  • it rebalances the intestinal flora by its prebiotic action, because it increases the quantity of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus.

  Its mode of action is natural, physiological and progressive thanks to its unique ingredient, partially hydrolyzed guar fiber.

  Simple to use, this product is easily integrated into everyday life. Tasteless, odorless and without texturizing, it mixes with all kinds of non-carbonated drinks (water, coffee, fruit juice ...) or foods (yogurt, soup ...) hot or cold.

  Lactose free, gluten free, no added sugars.
  Without coloring, flavoring or preservative.

  Directions for use

  For patients with constipation, including children over 3 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

  Use from the first feelings of discomfort. The first laxative effects can be felt from 48 hours to 72 hours, depending on personal sensitivity.

  For a rebalance of the intestinal flora, the recommended duration of intake is at least 14 days. Its mode of action being natural, the intake of this product can be repeated without medical advice.

  Use gradually and adapt according to medical recommendations, to the age and needs of each individual. The daily portion is to be distributed over the day and should not be exceeded without medical advice.

  • Adult: Start with 1 scoop per day and if necessary, gradually increase by 1 scoop every 3 days. Do not exceed 4 scoops per day (20 g).
  • Children over 3 years old: Start with ½ scoop per day and if necessary, increase to 1 scoop from the 4th day. Do not exceed 1 scoop per day (5 g).
  • Children over 10 years old: If necessary, then increase to 2 scoops from the 7th day. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day (10 g).

  Example for an adult:

  • 1st - 3rd day: 1 scoop per day (in the morning);
  • if necessary, 4th - 6th day: 2 scoops per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening);
  • Then, if necessary: ??4 scoops maximum per day (over the day).

  Use under medical supervision. Oral nutrition as a supplement to the diet.
  Use only the measuring cup provided.

  Unopened, store in a cool, dry place.
  After opening, use within 8 weeks.
  Once prepared, consume within 4 hours if stored at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.

  Indication: Powder preparation for patients in case of constipation.
