  • easier falling asleep: melatonin is a molecule naturally secreted by the body. It helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. It also helps to reduce the effects of jet lag. It is not habit-forming;

  Directions for use

  Take 1 tablet per day 30 minutes before bedtime, with a large glass of water, for 30 days renewable.
  Can also be consumed occasionally.
  It is recommended to respect the recommended doses. Prolonged use not recommended.

  Do not use a vehicle or machine for hours after taking the product.

  Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
