  Description

  Mag 2 Cramp 30 Tablets is a food supplement that prevents from involuntary muscle contractions and muscle tiredness.

  This food supplement contains Magnesium, essential to the good functioning of the organism. An insufficient intake in Magnesium can manifest by muscular tiredness or involuntary muscle contractions.

  This formula helps to limit the appearance of involuntary muscle contractions thanks to:

  • marine magnesium, calcium and vitamin D contained in the formula allow the good functioning of the muscle system.
  • magnesium, copper and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B8 contribute to the good functioning of nervous system that intervenes in muscle contraction.
  • iron participates in the delivery of oxygen in the body and in the muscles.

  Regular intake of magnesium is recommended for people who practice sports regularly or have a sustained pace of vision.

  Directions for use

  Adults and teenagers.

  Take 1 tablet to swallow with a glass of water morning and evening, for 15 days, to renew if necessary.

  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.Excessive consumption can lead to laxative effects.
  Do not take in case of severe kidney failure or allergy to any of the components.

  Does not replace a varied and balanced diet, nor a healthy lifestyle.

  Keep out of reach of children.
  Keep at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
