  Directions for use

  From 12 years old. 2 capsules a day to be taken at mealtimes with a large glass of water. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or anti-depressant therapy. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are taking anticoagulants, ask your doctor for advice. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
