  Berocca Energy Blackcurrant Flavor 45 Effervescent Tablets is a dietary supplement containing 9 vitamins and 3 minerals:

  • it provides the energy needed for the day, thanks to vitamins B (except B9) and C, and magnesium, which contribute to a normal energy metabolism,
  • it supports physical fitness and mental activity, thanks to vitamins B9 and C, which help reduce fatigue, and zinc, which contributes to normal cognitive functioning.

  Directions for use

  1 tablet per day, dissolved in a large glass of water, in a 30-day program, renewable if necessary.
  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

  Not recommended for children, pregnant or breast-feeding women.
  Allura red dye may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.
  This product is not suitable for people with kidney problems.
  If you are taking any medication, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this product.
  Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
