  • Magnesium is a mineral element involved in numerous biochemical reactions within the body. It contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system, helps reduce fatigue and thus promotes rest and relaxation.
  • Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the proper functioning of energy metabolism and help the normal functioning of the nervous system.
  • Vitamin B9 helps reduce fatigue.

  Directions for use

  Dissolve 1 tablet per day in a glass of water (20 cl), preferably in the morning or early afternoon. Regular intake will promote satisfactory results.
  Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  Excess use may result in laxative effects.
