  Directions for use

  Take 1 stick, 4 times a day, if needed, after main meals and before bedtime.
  It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily portion.
  Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

  Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
  If you are taking medication, take Manacia at least 2 hours apart from the medication.
