  Description

  Superdiet Marine Magnesium + Vitamin B6 20 Phials is a food supplement that contributes to reduce tiredness and to the function of the nervous system. Its formula contains:

  • Magnesium from the waters of the French coasts, obtained using the process of evaporation from seawater to concentrate the magnesium. It is a key mineral essential to the smooth running of more than 300 cellular biochemical reactions;
  • "Essential" vitamin B6 because the body does not know how to make it and does not store it: the body must therefore draw it every day from the diet;
  • Magnesium and vitamin B6 help to reduce fatigue and normal functioning of the nervous system.

  A phial contains 1665mg of concentrated sea water with 150mg of magnesium, 1.4mg of vitamin B6.

  Lemon flavor.

  Directions for use

  Maximum 1 bulb per day during the meal. For a less pronounced taste, put the bulbs in the refrigerator.

  It is recommended to respect the recommended doses, to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive use of magnesium can cause laxative effects in some people.

  Not recommended in case of hyperthyroidism or kidney problems, pregnant and nursing women.
