  Forté Pharma Forté Nuit 8H 15 Tablets is a food supplement created to promote sleep and quality sleep.

  • melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep;
  • valerian helps maintain natural sleep;
  • california poppy contributes to optimal relaxation and improves the quality of sleep;
  • GABA (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid) is a substance naturally present in the body, playing the role of a messenger;
  • passionflower is a plant traditionally used for its many virtues;
  • vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

  This food supplement is not addictive.

  Gluten free, lactose free and no added sugars.

  Directions for use

  Take 1 tablet in the evening with a large glass of water (200 ml), half an hour in the evening before bedtime.
  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  Prolonged use is not recommended.

  Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 without medical advice.
  If taking medication (antidepressants, sleeping pills and other sedatives, etc.), do not consume without medical advice.
